Centre Activities

Our Centre Activities are uniquely designed for older adults, keeping in mind that overall health and well-being are holistic — both body and mind. With the support of our membership, our Activity Coordinator schedules a variety of dynamic and innovative activities that promote health, education, and/or leisure that keep our members active and challenged. See below for a detailed description of each of our activities.

Due to Covid-19, many of our activities are now taking place virtually on Zoom or held outside.

For the most up to date information, see our Calendar or Tea Leaves Newsletter.
