DIGITAL PHOTOGRAPHY STUDIO: (9:00-11:30am) All are welcome
Bilingual studio. This is not a course; members must have their own supplies and a basic knowledge of photography. This studio welcomes members to work on their own projects, while benefiting from the advice of a professional photographer!
Bilingual instructor. Please bring your own weights (2-5 lbs). This is a fun and up-beat class that combines low-impact aerobic dance with light weights and stretching. Complex routines are used to strengthen balance, co-ordination and muscles, as well as cognition.
SOUP & SANDWICHES: (12:00-1:00pm) All are welcome
The Tuesday Soup and Sandwich lunch is a weekly drop-in community meal. This lunch includes; soup or salad, a sandwich, dessert, and coffee or tea. There is a small fee of $5.00 which is collected during lunch. Members can call ahead of time to put their name on the list, or simply stop by the Teapot on a Tuesday to see what’s for lunch!
500 CARDS: (1:00-3:30pm) All are welcome
Bilingual club. This is not a course; members must have basic knowledge of game rules. This club plays 500 cards, which is a combination of Euchre and Bridge.
ZUMBA GOLD: (1:30-2:30pm)
Bilingual instructor. This is an exciting and up-beat class that uses dance and rhythm to improve participants’ cardio-vascular health, muscular strength, flexibility and balance. Zumba provides an opportunity to shake and move with easy-to-follow routines using music with a Latin flare.
HOLISTIC HEALTH GROUP: (1:30-3:00pm - Salon D)

English instructor. This group meets to discuss issues such as food, inflammation, blood pressure, memory, fatigue, body aches, agility, heart health, weight, and headaches. Learn tips and tricks for living a healthy and natural lifestyle from a certified Naturopath!
