Bilingual instructor. This class uses a holistic (mind, body, spirit) approach that focuses on individual ‘choice of movement’. It combines the use of standing, chair and floor movements that is appropriate for everyone. Pilates aims at improving participants’ balance, flexibility and strength while releasing muscle tension. Adaptations are available.
TAI CHI: (10:30am-12:00pm)
Bilingual instructor. This class uses traditional Chinese health training methods and techniques to work on Qi or internal energy. Learn these simple movements in order develop a healthy and balanced system inside your body. This can improve balance and mobility; increase your immune system, and much more.
LOOK ON THE BRIGHT SIDE: Every second Wednesday (10:30-11:30pm) All are welcome
Meetings occur every second Wednesday Afternoon (Sept. 18, Oct.2, Oct.16, Oct.30, Nov.13 and special day: Nov.20). Bilingual instructor. This group meets bimonthly for games, music, movement, discussion, and much more. Find your inner purpose, passion, and positivity, & learn to look on the bright side of life!
