SOUVENIR DOC - Bilingual

Presenter: David Fabrega, Biographical film studio & production. This workshop will teach you how to preserve your souvenirs in a digital era. It will include: learning to put your memories in a digital timeline, how to scan and improve your black/white pictures, how Souvenir DOC came about (through a short movie) and a practical exercise on doing a video souvenir yourself.  Please be advised, members participating will be asked to fill out a Media Consent Form.

MANAGING OSTEOPOROSIS - English

The Teapot is partnering with a Physiotherapist to offer the “Senior’s Fit Test”, a test that will evaluate your current health condition and match you with the appropriate physical activity at The Teapot.
