Want to participate in The Teapot’s physical activities, but unsure which activities are right for you based on your current physical abilities? The Teapot has partnered with a Physiotherapist to offer the “Senior’s Fit Test”, a test that will evaluate your current health condition and match you with the appropriate physical activity at The Teapot. The senior’s fit test is conducted once a month based on availability of the Physiotherapist. *Ask Sasha for more information on this activity*
